Con esta resoluci\u00f3n, firmada por el juez <strong>Mart\u00edn Cormick<\/strong>, la Justicia hizo lugar al amparo colectivo presentado por el <strong>Consejo Interuniversitario Nacional<\/strong> y la <strong>Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fallo ordena al Ejecutivo el cumplimiento inmediato de la normativa aprobada por el Congreso, exigiendo el dictado de las normas reglamentarias necesarias para garantizar los giros presupuestarios destinados al funcionamiento de las casas de altos estudios y la recomposici\u00f3n salarial de docentes y personal no docente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En sus fundamentos, el magistrado sostuvo que el decreto en cuesti\u00f3n funcion\u00f3 como un <em>\u00abmecanismo extraconstitucional\u00bb<\/em> no previsto en la <strong>Constituci\u00f3n Nacional<\/strong>, tras el rechazo legislativo al veto presidencial.
