La medida busca <strong>simplificar el marco regulatorio y disminuir la carga administrativa de las empresas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n se oficializ\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n 357\/2025<\/strong>, publicada este mi\u00e9rcoles en el <strong>Bolet\u00edn Oficial<\/strong>. El texto da de baja 27 disposiciones asociadas a la <strong>Ley de Abastecimiento<\/strong>, 24 vinculadas al <strong>Servicio de Conciliaci\u00f3n Previa en las Relaciones de Consumo (COPREC)<\/strong> \u2014ya disuelto\u2014 y 20 relativas a programas discontinuados, como <strong>Precios Justos<\/strong>, <strong>Ley de G\u00f3ndolas<\/strong>, <strong>El Mercado en tu Barrio<\/strong> y el plan de est\u00edmulo al peque\u00f1o productor de granos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Industria y Comercio se\u00f1alaron que muchas de estas normativas estaban vigentes desde hace m\u00e1s de medio siglo y se hab\u00edan convertido en <strong>\u201ctrabas burocr\u00e1ticas que distorsionaban precios y limitaban la competencia\u201d<\/strong>. Entre las resoluciones eliminadas hab\u00eda controles sobre el gasoil, exigencias de producci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima para empresas de insumos, fijaci\u00f3n de precios en pandemia y pedidos de informaci\u00f3n a sectores como el algodonero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio de Econom\u00eda destac\u00f3 que este paso se suma a m\u00e1s de <strong>170 derogaciones realizadas desde el inicio de la gesti\u00f3n<\/strong>, entre ellas las licencias autom\u00e1ticas y no autom\u00e1ticas, el SIRA y el DJCP, que representaban costos millonarios para el sector privado.
