El agua cubri\u00f3 por completo ambas arterias de circulaci\u00f3n, generando una situaci\u00f3n de riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida tiene como objetivo <strong>preservar la seguridad de peatones y conductores<\/strong>.
